Abstract

Dental prosthetics, microleakage is defined as ions, liquid, bacteria, bacterial products through the teeth - leak repair material interface. The microleakage of Pathology bacterial infection of the tooth pulp, bacteria and their toxic products may affect the the remaining tooth pulp and periapical tissue, the result of secondary caries and pulp disease, microdialysis leakage can cause the loss of some or all of the repair material repair failed prosthesis edge microleakage widespread concern by clinicians and researchers. Cause microleakage very complex, because it is associated with the moisture in the oral environment, saliva enzymes, food acid substances. Pure titanium has a good biological performance, pure titanium inlays for use in clinical more; the the composite inlay is fully in vitro polymerization shrinkage and polymerization conversion, effectively reducing the microleakage of restorations edge. The mentioned composite resin inlays research at home and abroad pure titanium inlays and porcelain resin filling and tooth interface exists microleakage, but exactly what difference and comparative study of different adhesive material bonded microleakage relatively small, the conclusion is also inconsistent. Objective: To evaluate the composite resin inlays and titanium inlay using three different bonding material bonded microleakage; composite resin inlay pure titanium inlay body porcelain resin filling microleakage order provide a reference for clinical application. MATERIALS AND METHODS: select 84 healthy approached molars, clear surface attachments alternate randomly divided into seven experimental group, n = 12 teeth. Preparation of o (occlusal) o hole inlay cavity preparation requirements. The first three groups making titanium inlay, glass ionomer cement, resin-modified glass ionomer cement and resin cement bonding retention. After three sets of composite resin inlay, glass ionomer cement, resin-modified glass ionomer cements and resin cement bonding retention. The seventh group of clean wall, blow dry, and porcelain resin filling. Statistically, the application spss10.0 statistical software using the Kruskal-Wallis test and the Mann-Whitney U rank sum test, take a = 0.05 as significant criteria. Results: (1) with a material inlay with a different adhesive material bond, and its degree of microleakage was significant difference (P LT; 0.05) (2) of the inlay of the different materials with the same kinds of adhesive material bonded its microleakage significant differences (P lt; 0.05) (3) the shaft wall Microleakage than gingival microleakage significant difference (P lt; 0.05) Conclusion: (1) resin-modified glass ionomer cement and resin cements anti microleakage superior to glass ionomer cement. (2) titanium inlays and resin inlay resistance to micro-leakage performance is better than ceramic resin direct filling. (3) shaft wall microleakage than gingival microleakage significantly reduced, statistically significant.
