In this paper, a method of indoor simulation experiments to study soil typical of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons phenanthrene (Phe), pyrene (Pyr) single and combined pollution of Eisenia foetida (Eisenia foetida) mechanism of toxicity biomarkers related to screening and soil ecotoxicity matter period as a single combined pollution of soil organic pollutants ecological risk prediction and diagnosis to provide a scientific basis. The main findings are as follows: 1. Using natural soil research Phe, Pyr single and combined pollution on the acute toxic effects of Eisenia foetida (Eisenia foetida). Single pollution test: the earthworms on Phe, Pyr both exhibit similar symptoms of poisoning, but the Phe for earthworm toxicity than Pyr. The Phe of 14d's theory LC50 exposed for a: 45.95 mg / kg. The combined pollution tests showed: the Phe-Pyr to earthworm Eisenia acute toxic effects Phe main effect. Pyr and Phe combined pollution at each concentration, toxicity to earthworms create synergies and enhanced with Pyr concentration increased synergy at low concentrations; Phe antagonistic and 300 mg · kg-1Pyr combined pollution, toxic to earthworms the role, Phe and Pyr combined pollution, high concentration produces synergistic to illustrate different concentrations of the compound composition of the pollutants and contaminants combination to determine the important factors of the composite toxic pollution. 2 natural soil Act, research Phe impact of Pyr single and combined pollution on the weight of Eisenia foetida (Eisenia foetida). The results show that: the in laboratory single pollution conditions, the the earthworm weight to reduce the amount of pollutants dose showed a significant positive correlation between. 28 d, high-dose exposure earthworm weight inhibition rate reached the maximum of 12 mg · kg-1Phe group, Phe accumulation of the toxic effects of earthworms. Pyr significant inhibitory effect on earthworm weight. Pyr and Phe composite earthworm weight inhibitory rate were higher than the corresponding dose the Pyr single pollution on earthworm weight inhibition rate. Generate significant synergies can be inferred from Phe, Pyr composite pollution, organic pollutants composite pollution may be the toxic effects of pollutants enhancement. 3. Using natural soil research Phe, Pyr single and combined pollution Eisenia earthworms (Eisenia foetida) Department of antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA) content. The results show that: Phe, Pyr single role, SOD activity showed activation for low dose, high dose inhibition; MDA content significantly increased exposure 2d, 14d when the control is basically the same; presented for CAT activity Phe single role variation increased and then decreased when no significant variation in the and Pyr single role. When the Phe and Pyr composite role, SOD activity was significantly inhibited MDA content reaches a maximum at 28 d of exposure, combined pollution stress promote earthworms membrane lipid peroxidation. 0.5 mg · kg-1Phe stress, CAT activity when combined pollution of Phe and Pyr significant fluctuations, the low dose Pyr composite pollution CAT activity first increased and then decreased variation; Phe content of 2.5 mg · kg- 1, the overall CAT activity when combined pollution showed a gradual upward trend. Composite pollution stress the pollutant dose variations and different pollutants combination be earthworms produce more serious and complex effects of oxidative stress.
