Abstract


[Objective] : To investigate the intracranial venous sinus thrombosis treatment. [Method] : We retrospectively analyzed the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University Neurosurgery Vascular Intervention group from September 2004 to November 2010 were treated 22 cases of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis . According to clinical manifestations , lumbar puncture pressures and radiological data will be divided into mild type of the disease and severe type , were treated with systemic anticoagulation and systemic anticoagulation combined endovascular thrombolysis , while both warfarin and the continuation of 12 months . [Results] : 7 cases of mild -type patients receiving systemic anticoagulation therapy , four patients were cured , 2 cases improved, 1 case ineffective ; 15 cases of severe type patients receiving endovascular thrombolysis and systemic anticoagulation, 10 cases cured, 5 cases improved . Conclusion : According to clinical manifestations , imaging data lumbar puncture pressure and the characteristics of the type of the disease is divided into mild and severe type , choose different for different type of treatment is safe and effective .
