Objective: To investigate the relationship between thyroid autoantibodies (TA) and recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA), to provide the scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: informed consent, collect our hospital in February 2010 -2010 in December Genetic outpatient recurrent spontaneous abortion, 100 cases of non-pregnant patients as case group, collected 100 cases of non-pregnant healthy women of normal birth history control group. Chemiluminescence detection in serum thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb). Information collected by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis, controlled study of thyroid autoantibodies and recurrent spontaneous abortion related cases. Results: 1 TA total positive rate in the case group (TgAb or TPOAb any one or two positive), TgAb positive rate, TPOAb positive rate were 22.00%, 16.00%, 18.00%; the TA total positive rate of the control group, TgAb positive rate, TPOAb positive rate were 10.00%, 5.00% and 6.00%, respectively. Case group TA positive rate, TgAb positive rate TPOAb positive rate higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis TPOAb positive still statistically significant (P = 0.013, OR = 3.439). Case group TgAb and TPOAb quantitative values ??were logarithmically transformed mean were 1.346 ± 0.440,0.928 ± 0.649; control group were 1.291 ± 0.257,0.731 ± 0.274, the case group higher than that of the control group, two groups of lg (TgAb ), the mean difference was not statistically significant; two groups lg (TPOAb), the mean difference was statistically significant (P = 0.006). Case group without chromosomal abnormalities, uterine abnormalities, chlamydia mycoplasma infection, TORCH infections, gynecological endocrine abnormalities, anticardiolipin antibodies, anti-sperm antibodies, anti-endometrial antibodies statistics in 62 cases, TA total positive rate, TgAb positive rate, TPOAb positive rate rose to 29.03%, 19.35%, 24.19%, significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0.01) by multivariate logistic regression analysis, TPOAb positive still statistically significant (P = 0.002, OR = 5.000). 4 case group chromosomal abnormalities, uterine abnormalities, chlamydia mycoplasma infection, TORCH infections, gynecological endocrine abnormalities, anticardiolipin antibodies, anti-sperm antibodies, anti-endometrial antibodies one of the cases, 38 cases were statistically analyzed thyroid autoantibody-positive rate similar to the control group, the TA total positive rate, TgAb positive rate, TPOAb positive rate was no significant difference. History of abortion in the cases of group 3 and above history of abortion, the primary RSA and secondary RSA, the early RSA and late RSA TA total positive rate, TgAb positive rate of TPOAb positive rate showed no statistical significance. 6. Thyroid autoantibody-positive, negative RSA anticardiolipin antibodies in the patient group, anti-sperm antibodies and anti no statistically significant difference between the antibody-positive rate of endometrial. Thyroid autoantibody-positive patients with negative patients similar in age composition, the TA total positive and negative patients, TgAb-positive and-negative patients, TPOAb-positive and-negative patients age difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: 1. Thyroid autoantibodies and recurrent spontaneous abortion correlation. The total positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies (TA) in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, the positive rate of thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) positive rate increased, the quantitative value of thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) increased. Thyroid autoantibodies is an independent risk factor for recurrent spontaneous abortion. 2. Recurrent spontaneous abortion thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid dysfunction, regardless of age; frequency of abortion in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, regardless of the gestational age of abortion, without previous history of normal delivery; patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion anti-cardiolipin phospholipid antibodies, anti-sperm antibodies, anti-endometrial antibody-independent.
