Abstract


V94.3 gas turbine is A type of Shanghai electric power station group is main model of the equipment imported from Siemens, its performance and reliability of heavy-duty gas turbine in A leading position in the world. At present, the unit has the transfer of the technology for manufacturing technology, thermal parts in the system design technology, manufacturing and control system of the transfer of technology is still limited. This paper will focus on the type of gas turbine, the system dynamic model is established, the system dynamic performance simulation; Preliminary build control system simulation model, carries on the control system performance research, and lay a foundation for the control system of democracy development. The main work is as follows: first of all, according to the actual physical model of gas turbine parts classification module, according to the parts of dynamic equation, A simulation model component is established by V94.3 again working principle of A type gas turbine as well as the various modules corresponding relation between input and output values, structures, system model, system running parameters. Secondly, studied the V94.3 gas turbine control logic, set up the control system simulation model. Finally, the dynamic response characteristics of gas turbine are analyzed, and designed for speed, load and exhaust temperature control plan, has carried on the simulation analysis to different operation conditions, verify that the system control performance.
