Objective: Hepatitis B knowledge and attitudes, the crowd behavior of the current situation and its influencing factors, in order to more effectively carry hepatitis B patients and families through survey to understand hepatitis B patients and family members at all levels of the hospital in Lanzhou City members of the hepatitis B health education, to explore the hepatitis B for hepatitis B patients and their family members to the characteristics of Lanzhou City health education content and methods to provide the basis. Methods: A stratified cluster sampling method to determine the object of study. Design their own questionnaire, meet the study definition of hepatitis B patients and family members face-to-face questionnaires by trained investigators collect hepatitis B patients and family members related to demographic characteristics, and the crowd of hepatitis B knowledge, honesty, and behavior The current data for statistical analysis. Results: The survey of hepatitis B patients and family members a total of 300 people to enter the qualified analysis study of 294 people, the response rate was 98.0%, including 160 patients with hepatitis B, hepatitis B patients with 134 accompanying persons; Age: Minimum 8 years of age, the maximum 95-year-old, the largest number of 20-29 years, accounting for 31.97%; gender: female, 149 male and 145, respectively, accounting for 50.68% and 49.3%, respectively; crowd practitioners situation: workers, peasants, student leaders, medical personnel, and other professional technical personnel and other employees of Class 7, constitute the highest than the highest education level for farmers (29.25%); involved: Primary and junior high school, high school or secondary school, college or undergraduate, master's and above, the proportion of college or undergraduate, accounting for 38.78%. The study found: The study found that hepatitis B patients and their families in the highest score of the knowledge of the hepatitis B were 14.67 points and 14 points, the lowest score of points and 1.33 points, respectively; score accounted for out of the 60% of eligible patients with hepatitis B pass rate 45.00%, and the family members of patients qualified rate was 55.22%; hepatitis B patients with hepatitis B can cause cirrhosis of awareness highest (89.31%), perinatal transmission of hepatitis B awareness rate of the lowest (25.66%); family members of patients on awareness highest (94.84%), required when a child is born to hepatitis B vaccination of adults infected with hepatitis B can be self-healing awareness lowest (32.82%). Multiple stepwise logistic regression analysis, the results show that the education level and occupation (medical staff, business services personnel) for patients with hepatitis B score influencing factors; profession (medical staff) and income status score of family members of patients . In response to hepatitis B-related attitude, hepatitis B patients and their families are the knowledge score qualifier awareness good in substandard. In response to hepatitis B-related behavior problems, awareness of hepatitis B patients are those who pass the knowledge score higher than those who fail. Families of patients with hepatitis B vaccination just after hepatitis B vaccine in response to the awareness of those who pass and those who fail are basically the same, the response on the remaining two issues are qualifiers than unqualified persons. Spearman rank correlation analysis results show that the hepatitis B knowledge score of the survey population, its hepatitis B exists some positive correlation between attitude and behavior. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there is no correlation between the survey population attitude and behavior. The study only a small number of respondents received education or training before this, but more than 90% of the respondents would like to learn more about hepatitis B knowledge, especially with hepatitis B prevention, early detection and suspicious symptoms related content. Generally take the form of hepatitis B health education does not meet the needs of people, and they hope to get more information about some easy to understand, but they loved the form. Conclusion: The study population have some knowledge of hepatitis B knowledge, but not full, the crowd of hepatitis B cognitive level needs to be further improved. The level of education and vocational affect the main factors for hepatitis B knowledge score. While the crowd on the cognitive level of the hepatitis B knowledge to some extent affect their hepatitis B-related attitudes and behaviors. Hepatitis B patients and family members, eager to gain more knowledge of hepatitis B, but the content and form of health education and can not meet the needs of the population. Hepatitis B patients and family members of hepatitis B health education should be individualized teaching because of the need to capitalize on the trend, highlighting the focus of the mission should be targeted mainly to educational level lower.
