Abstract


Chinese medicine is the treasure of Chinese culture , Chinese medicine personnel training is inherit and carry forward the root of Chinese medicine industry . Nearly 50 years of Chinese higher education to train a large number of Chinese professionals, the new era for Chinese people 's increasing demand for medical services , as well as medical and health system and health service delivery model , Chinese institutions of higher personnel training proposed newer and higher requirements. Personnel training in medicine in our country there is the slow development of traditional Chinese medicine theory , the quality of personnel to be improved, a serious brain drain , employment difficulties and other problems faced these problems in urgent need to find a suitable development status of Chinese medicine professionals mode of education . In this study, drawing on existing research results , based on the combination of medical personnel of their own characteristics and the characteristics of Chinese medicine , Chinese medicine by reviewing personnel training after the founding of the development and changes , as well as the summary of the characteristics of the relevant policies on the basis of Chinese medicine professionals grasp education \the training mode and the advice and targeted solutions. The main findings of this study : on the one hand , summed fit the characteristics of Chinese medicine personnel training training model design principles, innovative raised included the \culture model ; the other hand, Chinese medicine training model for the future \person training objectives, diverse personnel training platform for diverse forms of personnel training and diverse talents training system . Through this research, our medicine to provide reference for personnel education has profound theoretical and practical significance .
