Abstract


High blood pressure is one of the most important problems in public health all over the world. And 300,000,00 people die of it each year. In this paper, there are some researches about the main factors why people get this disease in one paticular area called Qingshan district in Batou city. The district covers 7 community public health centers and 38 public health service stations. All the data in this paper are all come from the health files of 239744 people in Qinshan district. Therefore,this papper presents the general situation of the high blood pressur patients in this district. By doing researches on their daily life customs and the family case history, the author concludes the main factors causing the high blood pressure in Qinshan district. According to this reachers, the local high blood presssure rate is 24.26%, which is above the national average rate 18.8% in China. Apart from taht, the high blood pressure also has a strong realationship with the cold climate there. And the high-oil,over-salty,and high-fatty diet habbits are also raise the danger to get the disease. The fast drinking and heavy-smoking babits of the local men also contribut to it. Nowadays, the fast-pacing living style makes people do little exercises, nervous and get over-weighted. These factors all increase the chance to get the disease.High blood pressurecan be treated with medicine, but getting to know and accept the disease is the first important step when to be treated for patients.In that case, the local government set the prevention of the high blood pressure as the major work of the commnity public health center. Based on the equipment and the situation of the patients, the public health center set up a high blood pressure patient management system. They are fist visit, careful diagnose, condition evaluation, and treatment. This management systerm contributs a lot scientific help to the treatment and prevention of the high blood pressure.
