Abstract

Virus immune response to infection is common, it is eliminated and necessary way to control the disease . Phagocytic cells, natural killer cells, interferons, antibodies , T cells , and so is a necessary part of the general immune response against the virus . In fact, in most of the viral infection , cytotoxic T lymphocytes ( CTL ) by attack virus-infected cells , and plays a key role in viral defense . Type of time lag in the process of virus infection and host organism to produce an immune response , i.e. healthy cells is infected, the infection of cells separated free virus , the virus is cleared as well as the body to establish the immune defense behavior are based on the type of virus . Due to the fact that the presence of these irregular time series , may have a certain impact on the immune status of patients . In mathematics for periodic solution or chaotic state . The immune response and time delay introduced in the study of virus dynamics model will be better able to characterize the dynamic characteristics of the spread of the virus and the immune response . Against hepatitis B virus . The full text is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter , a brief introduction to the significance of the study of the dynamics of infectious diseases , the research profile of the hepatitis B virus and the main work in the second chapter , the establishment of the hepatitis B virus dynamics model with time delay , taking into account CTL immune response of the infected cells . Proved disease-free equilibrium when the basic reproduction number is less than 1 , the local asymptotic stability . At the same time , the comparison theorem has been disease-free equilibrium global asymptotic stability . By the monotone iterative method has been positive equilibrium is globally stable conditions . By numerical simulation of the main conclusions . In the third chapter , the hepatitis B virus dynamics model of a class of non - lysis with lysis pathway . The basic nature of the model , the balance point , its stability . In addition, analysis of the model Hopf bifurcation . And numerical simulation proved the main conclusions of the chapter .
