Abstract


Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of of Chinese medicine lipid-lowering Xiaoban piece of unstable angina phlegm-heat blood stasis , and MMP-9 (matrix metalloproteinase-9) and LDL- C ( low density He Liqun Cao cholestero ) expression levels , and to explore its mechanism of action. 60 cases of unstable angina phlegm-heat blood stasis syndrome : met the inclusion criteria , were randomly divided into experimental group ( 30 cases ) and control group (n = 30 ) , respectively. Weeks of treatment , observed before and after treatment serum MMP-9 and changes in LDL-C and clinical efficacy , adverse reactions and record , the last of these results were statistically analyzed . Results: Before treatment , the experimental group and the control group, serum MMP -9 and LDL-C of water on average significantly higher than the normal level after treatment , the experimental group and the control group, serum MMP -9 and LDL-C of water on average decreased and the differences were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) before treatment ; treatment , the experimental group compared to the treatment ( P gt ; 0.05 ) lower serum MMP-9 levels with the control group , the experimental group reduced LDL-C levels than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; experimental group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) in improving ambulatory electrocardiogram ; experimental group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) in improving the chest pain ; experimental group effective than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) in improving TCM syndrome . Conclusion : 1 . Lipid-lowering Xiaoban chip can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms of phlegm-heat and blood stasis in patients with unstable angina and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin , improved dynamic ECG efficacy of atorvastatin better than Western medicine Alto . 2 the lipid lowering Xiaoban sheet can effectively reduce phlegm-heat and blood stasis in patients with unstable angina of serum MMP -9 and LDL-C level , better than western medicine atorvastatin in reducing LDL-C levels . 3. The lipid lowering Xiaoban tablets significantly improved phlegm-heat and blood stasis in patients with unstable angina TCM climate better than western medicine atorvastatin . 4 the lipid lowering Xiaoban sheet in therapeutic doses without significant side effects and adverse reactions .
