Abstract


To resolve long-troubling "difficult to execute" problems in the field of civil execution in China, the supreme people's court first across the country establish execution deterrence mechanism is put forward. In 2007, the new revision of the article two hundred and thirty-one of the civil procedure law has increased, from the Angle of national legislation, confirmed the execution mechanism of deterrence. But gotta say, the implementation of the concept, connotation and function of deterrence mechanism is what? The implementation of the deterrence mechanism in our country should be how to design?
