Abstract


This thesis is a theoretical framework for evaluation of systemic functional linguistics theory through the analysis of the selected articles in finance and economics famous publication , \resources to negotiate emotions , determination and identification , as well as how to intervene and grading of its semantic content . In this paper, the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the combined using AntConc professional statistical software , 18 Harvard Business Review ( 12,639 words ) as a corpus analysis , combined with the characteristics of three subsystems of the evaluation of the theory on the evaluation of the Harvard Business Review vocabulary . Through analysis , evaluation of vocabulary in the Harvard Business Review has the following characteristics : intervention resources more than attitude resources differential distribution of resources at least . Attitude of resources , determination and identification of resources is much more than the emotional resources ; and intervention resources , the number of resources within the sound resources and dialogue open than closed outside the sound resources and dialogue resources use ; differential of the two sub- areas of the distribution does not The uniform , the the language potential vocabulary far more than the language coke vocabulary . In addition , most of the differential language potential to improve coke clear word for word or phrase ( level l word ) . This paper aims to provide a new perspective to Help Business Review readers to grasp the role played by the evaluation of the construction of the words in the article , making it a better understanding of the author 's position , improve insight . At the same time provide a scientific basis for better interpretation of the Business Review article , teaching , reading newspaper articles which of Finance and Economics has a certain significance . Closely due to the evaluation of the interpretation of the meaning and the reader's ideological and cultural awareness , this analysis sometimes there will inevitably be a subjective phenomenon , which is cross- cultural Business Review study limitations .
