Abstract


Sunset review system , also known as the final review of the system is a kind of anti-dumping administrative review procedures . WTO will be included in the Anti-Dumping Agreement \Obtained in the sunset review system included in the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement \too vague provisions , resulting in a lot of controversy , has contributed to a sunset review system there is a certain discriminatory , contrary to the relevant provisions of the WTO . China is the world's largest country in anti-dumping sunset review , the EU , Australia, India , and all through the implementation of the measures to curb the export of Chinese products , China is also the main target of anti-dumping , the United States is likely to take advantage of sunset review of this the system continues to products to China anti-dumping duties . If we continue sunset review after five years of anti-dumping duties are levied , it is possible to make the loss of part of the international market share of China had a competitive advantage because of the anti - dumping duty , and may even exit the international market in this regard . Therefore, China should be aware of the relevant provisions of the WTO and the countries on the sunset review system , combined with the actual situation of their own , and constantly improve the relevant laws and regulations of China 's sunset review , and we understand the countries in the sunset review system to encourage enterprises to actively respond smoothly for our products to export to create a favorable environment . This paper discusses the relevant provisions of the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement \Finally , the concrete practice ; proposed that China should establish a sound system , so that our products re - regression international market .
