Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of the sovereign wealth funds related controversies have also generated . Information asymmetry is a sovereign wealth fund investment focus of controversy and the crux of the problem . Asymmetric information is different from the general securities investment , the sovereign wealth fund investment in information asymmetry exists many particularity , and thus decided this issue should be discussed in detail and analysis . The innovation of this writing , is to seize the sovereign wealth fund controversial core - asymmetric information , and analyze its particularity , based on a systematic analysis of the legal system and legislative developments in the domestic and international levels , and our practice targeted recommendations . Text consists of five chapters : the first chapter , a brief introduction to the problem of information asymmetry in the general securities investment , and analyzed the relationship between information asymmetry and information disclosure regulation . Chapter II focuses on sovereign wealth fund investments in information asymmetry problems , including issues important position , particularity , and then analyze the relationship between the sovereign fund information asymmetry and information disclosure ( information disclosure in the path of the multi-faceted needs and information disclosure selection) , and rely solely on the information disclosure shortcomings pointed out that the issue of sovereign wealth funds information asymmetry . Chapter III , mainly from the domestic level to explore the legal regulation of sovereign wealth funds information asymmetry . Its specific divided into two aspects of the domestic information disclosure system of information disclosure requirements for investment in the host country and investment home country , on the basis of analysis of national legislation , drawn the domestic unilateral legislation has inherent flaws . Chapter analyzed from the international level to solve the sovereign wealth fund information asymmetry issues of bilateral and multilateral legislative achievements and its shortcomings , while certainly important position in the legislative progress and pointed out that the existing relevant international legislation is not perfect at outlook and future trends of international legislation . The fifth chapter , the first four chapters discuss the foundation , the focus from the two perspectives ( as the sovereign wealth fund investment in the home country and invest in the host country ) to improve domestic laws and regulations in China , strengthen the information disclosure of sovereign wealth funds , as well as to participate in the sovereign wealth funds related to international legislation to make recommendations accordingly .
