Abstract


This article outlines the preamble writing background. In the transition of China today , highlighting various social contradictions , public opinion was unprecedented attention , the relationship between public opinion and judicial also worthy of our consideration . The first chapter of the meaning of public opinion and judicial gave a brief summary describes the main features of its own , and the public opinion and made ??a similar word discrimination . The second chapter discusses the important role of judicial opinion . Public Opinion and Judicial is the unity of opposites , public opinion on the one hand to promote judicial construction, on the other hand it is also certain conflicts and judicial . Chapter III , two discussed the conflict of public opinion and judicial performance, and these conflicts will harm justice . Section III focuses on the opinion of the cause of conflict with judicial reasons, including : public opinion itself is complex , the legislature failed to fully absorb public opinion , public opinion is different from the professional judiciary 's popularity , the rules of real life with diversity and justice is the law as the yardstick , the laws of justice is different from the public perception of the real facts , the impact of judicial corruption . Chapter IV from the social , legal and cultural aspects of how to build a harmonious relationship between justice and public opinion . This paper argues that : From the social perspective, the judiciary and its staff should listen to public opinion , multi-channel to understand the people , rational treatment of the moral feelings of public opinion and other factors , digging dominant public opinion behind the real hope and interest demands such ; from legal perspective, should regulate the relationship between the judicial petition for judicial and media coverage , public opinion in legislation extensively absorbed , both professional and popular justice , resolutely fight judicial corruption ; from a cultural perspective , it should be in the community building and promoting the rule of law standards and the core of the rule of law culture , strengthen the judicial culture, propaganda concept of law , promote the rule of law, rule of law for the judiciary to create a good environment and cultural atmosphere, so that justice is more rule of law, public opinion to better meet the spirit of the rule of law requirements - both on the basis of the rule of law can be well coordinated.
