Abstract


\Strictly speaking, this is the concept of a descriptive rather than deterministic, concept. \V. intermediation mechanism based on three concepts , namely the diversification concept dispute resolution , mediation and court the unique values ??of the policy adjustment function concept . V. tune docking mechanism mediation by giving the results of mediation organizations to judicial effectiveness , combined with the administration of justice and the people's mediation and other dispute resolution power of mediation organizations , forming solution divergent forces , contradictions and disputes in China today diversified interests and needs diverse society in the new situation next , v. intermediation has important practical significance and practical significance of the times . Despite the growth in recent years , China's appeal is still in tune docking mechanism from system to system start-up phase of a comprehensive , practical development is not very mature, many problems exist in reality , it is our common concern and Systems Research . This chapter docking mechanism for adjusting the status of appeal put forward three proposals, including mode selection, legislative support and specific institution building .
