Abstract


Today's world , to strengthen the protection of the rights of crime victims and relief to the world of criminal policy is a major trend . Western countries , especially the rights of victims of criminal protection and remedies have been relatively complete, although in our country has made great progress compared to the previous , but the criminal victims relief of a late start , practical experience is not rich, so crime victims legal rights are not well protected. In order to highlight the protection of human rights and justice purposes , reflecting the spirit of socialist rule of law , and the Western countries and further narrowing the gap with international standards , to strengthen the protection of the rights of crime victims and relief is extremely urgent and necessary , it shall take measures to strengthen the country protect the rights of crime victims and relief .
