Abstract


The Community Corrections that is supervised by local government, supported by non-governmental organization and volenteers was created to provide many communities with local punishment options as an alternative to prison or jail and help them break the cycle of crime withing the prescribed time stipulated by judgement or ruling. The goal of the program is to reduce the probability of continued criminal behavior while maintaining the safety of the community.The community correction has been performed as part of criminal punishment systerm and criminal correction systerm worldwide.It’s useful for maintaining personnel’s legality, transformation, saving the resources for superiority. It executes the socialized thought, penalty modest and restrained thought,penalty humanitarianism thought and the crime label theory request.In west nation, the community correction has become a pertaining to crime execution.The foreign community correction have to operate specification, different ways,broad types, jail supervision and community correction link up. Our country community correction system obtained some achievement.The condition of the community correction is different in cities and rural area. Community correction is deveolping a little quickly.
