Abstract


With the popularization and development of computer and Internet technology , the process of global economic integration, faster and faster , and computer software as the direct promotion of computer technology to further improve the main carrier of the highest technological content , economic value is the largest one in the global economy information the process plays an important role. Today , the computer software industry has become the core of the information industry industry with unlimited growth potential . Related to the future economic development of the main direction for the development of the software industry . So , the current world countries have attached great importance to the development of the software industry , even as a key support industries or incorporated into the country 's important strategic industry development plan to look at . But because the computer software can easily replicable , while the national judiciary also often combat this phenomenon of piracy , but because of the hidden and the corresponding software piracy invention the protection of the legal system is imperfect , but also makes the current LvJinBuJue to greatly harm the healthy development of the software industry . Therefore, countries in the world attaches great importance to the legal protection of computer software , have taken a variety of legal protection mode in order to safeguard the the invention rights holders interests , and promote the development of the software industry in the country . The paper focuses on three main models of countries the legal protection of computer software , analyze their pros and cons , and then our computer software intellectual property protection and countermeasures to be taken , noting that for China's software industry prosperity and rapid development , not only to be vigorously publicized in the community to increase awareness of the legal protection of intellectual property rights by the people software , but also to continue to improve our software IPR legal protection system , and the eventual establishment of a separate legislative system of the protection of computer software , do to the interests of both to protect the rights of people to drive continuous invention and innovation, but also be conducive to the spread and diffusion of knowledge , in order to achieve the overall level of social science and technology progress .
