Abstract


In recent years , the practice of our reverse acquisition reverse takeover has always presented a strong trend . With the changing economic conditions and the regulatory regime , the reverse takeover showing different forms. This new form of existence circumvent existing legal system under the obvious trend caused widespread concern outside drifted away from the regulatory capital flows , resulting in a reverse takeover . This paper to analyze the way of a reverse takeover , the causes and the impact of capital flows to China in a regulatory vacuum , combined with their own work experience , historical research , literature research, case study methods , the monitoring of capital flows on our reverse acquisition Dynasties . The text is divided into five parts . The first part introduces the reverse acquisition of capital flows Overview . At the same time , introduce a reverse takeover process and describes the process of capital flows . Finally elaborate a reverse acquisition and capital flows associated . Pave the way for further discussion below . The second part is devoted first historical evolution of the regulatory process and causes . And analysis of the latest legal norms .
