Abstract


In our country, the schools are a minor highly centralized place, also minors studying and living one of the main places. The school security posture and school peripheral natural environment and social environment of minors are relationship with physical and mental health of body, in addition, due to the minors and body has not yet mature, its cognitive ability is limited, so it is very likely to happen campus injury accident. This accident happens continuously, not only to social unrest caused by many factors, but also to the school teaching and management of campus, a significant impact normal teaching order and management order impact. However this kind of accident and not accidental, its behind many problems, such as the campus safety facilities is not complete, government less input, law a series of problems.Youth is the future of the country, their healthy growth, related to social each aspect, as they build a good growth environment, is everyone’s responsibility. In view of this, this article to school personal injury as the research object, by analyzing the school students the basic meaning of accidents, the type, the processing procedure, combined with recent aspects of the People’s Republic of China on the introduction of the tort liability law school to our personal injury prevention and handling mechanism analysis of present situation, confused summary, presentation, propose objective in our country at present in prevention and relief of existent problem, put forward some Suggestions, such as establishing and perfecting various safety management measures and security system, set up multi-channel compensation relief system in solving a series of measures in China, hoping to help on campus damage.The first part of this text is to introduce China is mainly how to define the campus damage and campus damage characteristics and types. The second part was introduced in the campus injury cases in the present situation, our country frequent prevention and the problems existing in the event relief. The third part simply introduced in dealing with the United States and Japan of way school accident case, in order to give us some enlightenment. The fourth part according to the campus injury case prevention and relief puts forward some solutions.
