Abstract


Human rights is the reason why the human innate human nature has a natural right . Police power as part of the executive power is accompanied by the emergence of the emergence of the state power , as a national public authority an important part of the police power and human rights Boyi formed in the beginning of the political state generation , especially with the emergence of a democratic country and modern the generation of the police system , the protection of human rights has become a pursuit of the core values ??of the country and government activities . To this end, the international community has adopted a number of international treaties with the universal protection of human rights and police power regulation . Governments also reasonable from the point of view of domestic law to limit the expansion and abuse of police power , thus contributing to the protection of human rights . However , due to our long-term impact of the feudal autocratic ideology , the right to police as part of the public power openly override the above human rights violations of the basic human rights of the citizens , directly or indirectly , I believe that from a diverse perspective and reasonable regulatory police power to prevent the police the right to the modern democratic state under the rule of law protection of human rights abuse has become an important way .
