Abstract


With computer technology and Internet communication tools development, maturity , virtual community has attracted more and more attention , they communicate through a variety of ways to participate network virtual life . From the initial communication between friends to build simple ideas , attitudes , interests related to the same city or offsite strangers , concern social and livelihood , participation in government administrative process , the behavior of Internet users gradually contaminated people in real political life activity characteristics become a political act. Network asked the government to fulfill the right to speak in the people , participation, democratic rights such as the right to know the process continues to grow, with traditional politics to become comparable to the modern way of politics channel . Network of political environment, virtual sex , body equality in politics , politics rich content , interactive form of politics , politics route network of political convenience makes a service-oriented government building boost , broaden citizens' political participatory approaches to promote transparency in government work , create a new image of the government , is a powerful tool for optimizing government behavior . The rise of network governance is the combined result .
