But affected by history, the natural environment, and society development level etc factors, The system of regional ethnic autonomy exists some unsatisfactory in the implementation process, regional economic development is not balanced, national culture inheritance is facing globalization and urbanization impact etc.Because the ethnic relations problems is existing in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, this paper, based on the view of Marxism, from the perspective of harmony, discusses the ethnic relationships from the political, economic, cultural, social. we should constantly improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy, cultivate ethnic cadre, seize the opportunities, develop the economy, construct the harmonious coexistence of national cultures situation, develop social programs and strengthen the construction of the floating population management, set up the ethnic relationship monitoring system, and promote the harmonious development of Inner Mongolia ethnic relationships. The ethnic relationships are an important part of the socialist harmonious society theory. No harmonious ethnic relationships, there is no social harmonious progress.
