Abstract


The problem about the value of ideological and political education is one of the basic theories of ideological and political education. It is such a basic and key issue that we can understand the status, role and utility of ideological and political education according to study the value of ideological and political education. The aim of the study for the value of ideological and political education is to form a scientific view of ideological and political education, which is effective guidance and motivation for the practice of ideological and political education, thus, the role of ideological and political education in the comprehensive development and social progress can be played fully and completely. The ideological and political of state-owned enterprises is a series practice of ideological and political education that accords to the realistic of state-owned enterprises, and is purposeful, planned, organized activities that affects the educated of state-owned, the know and study of its value, which is a logical conversion that from a philosophical lever to the realistic, the fundamental purpose is to reveal the meaning of existence and function of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises, and its positive role for the comprehensive development of state-owned enterprises.Value is a logical starting point and fundamental concept that studying the value of ideological and political education, and the value of ideological and political is a fundamental that building the system of ideological and political education. The value of ideological and political education is study and thought for the special and substantial condition of state-owned enterprises. Because the value object’s complexity and the value subject’s diversity and variability of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises, so the type of the value of ideological and political education is diverse. This article mainly discusses the three form of division of social values, collective values and individual values. The social values of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises, which reflects the satisfaction that the activity of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises for the normal operation and healthy development of the whole society; the collective values of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises, which reflects the satisfaction that the activity of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprise for the existence and development of the state-owned enterprises; the individual values of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises, which reflects the intrinsic value that the activity of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises for the employees and the educated of enterprises, in other words, it reflects the utility and significance for the individual existence and development.Theory guides practical progress, at the same time, practice promotes theoretical development. "To achieve the value of ideological and political education is an objective that we can realize and create its value, it is an end of an ideological and political education activity, and it is also a starting of another value activity." After knowing and understanding the value of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises, it is a nice conversion from theoretical level to practical level that we study the maximum value of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises. It is a starting that we should play the combines effectiveness of ideological and political education and we should take its realization as a final goal to achieve the maximum value of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises. On this basis, after analyzing the characteristics of ideological and political education of stare-owned enterprises, this article focus on the principles, contents, approaches and methods of maximum value of ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises, and combines actual cases of some state-owned enterprises in Xi’an city, which can provide an inspiration for ideological and political education work in the practical level.
