Abstract


3 d braided composites is through continuous fiber material direction of the length, width, high three overall form a three-dimensional reticular structure, and then through the resin curing and forming. This kind of structure stiffness and strength properties of the material along the thickness direction is good, high in-plane shear and interlaminar shear strength, difficult to stratification, and the impact toughness and damage tolerance level is higher. This paper mainly studies the four steps of three-dimensional braided composite materials fatigue behavior under different stress level. Main job: (1) using resin transfer molding technology to manufacture 3 d braided composites; (2) using MTS810.23 instrument test of three point bending fatigue properties under different stress; (3) by S - N curve and all the stress and deflection curve of the bending fatigue behavior of woven composites with the, get each loop hysteresis loop area and accumulation area; (4) in the process of fatigue bending stiffness as an important index of three-dimensional braided composite materials fatigue, stiffness changes to describe fatigue damage; (5) the use of energy absorption in the process of fatigue mechanism is used to analyze the spread of the energy consumption, at the same time, the maximum minimum of deflection from the data, is used to analysis the fatigue damage; The damage form of (6) samples of pictures to compare under different stress failure model.
