Abstract


Competitive Aerobics (Aerobic Gymnastics) is a musical accompaniment , be able to demonstrate a continuous , complex , high-intensity action sets action sports project, which originated in the traditional aerobic exercise . 1995 , the International Gymnastics Federation -FIG Competitive Aerobics as an official event , and young people are grouped by age , athletes from the age of 9 can participate FIG Aerobics Competition held by group . Hong Kong was established in 2005 , the Competitive Aerobics elite team , and in 2006 took part in the Second World Aerobics Junior Championships held in Nanjing . Order to better promote competitive aerobics primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong , so that the young people of Hong Kong to participate in Aerobics Training to improve their physique and develop a healthy psychological quality , cultivate more outstanding Aerobics Athletes' special experiments for this article research . \efficacy Scale and other psychological indicators Canossa Primary School in Hong Kong , randomly selected from the second and third year students of 18 primary schools ( 7-8 years old) for the experimental group , the second and third year students of 20 primary schools ( 7-8 years old) for the control group period of two months , the implementation of the experimental group , twice a week , 1.5 hours of moderate-intensity competitive aerobics exercises control group participated in twice a week , 1.5 hours each tennis interest groups , testing the experimental group and control group exercises before and after the above indicators and statistical analysis , the following results : 1, the by four physical quality indicators of of sports aerobics exercises experimental group are significantly improved , and the control group ; childhood Athletics Body operation exercise , can improve children 's physical fitness . Psychological indicators in addition to reaction time , the other three indicators experimental group were significantly improved and the control group. Athletic Aerobics exercise during childhood can open children's mental health and psychological development .
