Facing the current form, only positive action, recognize the new situation, give an overall analysis for the new situation, dwell upon the project characteristic and the winning regularity in dynamic changes, strive to scientific cognition promote scientific practice, prepared to match, so as to improve the strategic and tactical of the preparation work.This paper analyzed the competitive ability characteristics of Chinese excellent trampoline athletes by questionnaires, interviews, tests and other methods. According to the results, the conclusions are as below:1、The trend that the scoring rule of trampoline project:increase objective proportion.2、The development trend of technical movements:stability, beauty, difficult, high, accurate, new.3、The requisition of the to trampoline technique characteristics is integrated and comprehensive, requiring excellent athletes all develop at shape, function, quality, technology, psychology, intelligence and tactics. 4、The physical shape characteristics of our trampoline excellent athletes are:medium height, upper and lower limbs in proportion and well-balanced, the physical lower limbs and Achilles tendon is longer, hip is narrower, the physical circumference and filling degree is moderate.5、The physical function characteristics of our trampoline excellent athletes are:in the training process, each index of the physical function in the dynamic change, but the change scope is small, relatively stable and within normal range value.6、The physical quality characteristics of our trampoline excellent athletes are:good lower limb explosive force, prominent muscle strength of front and back department and side waist.7、The technical ability external characteristic of our trampoline excellent athletes performance:Elements have good execution quality, highly high, flip faster, smaller displacement.
