Abstract


With the substantial increase in the level of competitive sports, mass sports development is more cause for concern. China's rural population accounts for 56% of the total population, and thus rural sports are an important part of the entire mass sports work. The village is the basic unit of rural villages Sports Research is a study of rural sports microscopic field in the existing research, more macro research for rural sports, to look into the village grass-roots less, has not yet appeared in Beijing District Village Sports. In this study, a typical village of the outskirts of Beijing as an example, through literature, interviews and field surveys, Sports Organization in the village of cases as a clue to a major event in the village development process is time split point, Village Sports changes is divided into five stages, the first stage of the 1949-1955, 1956-1969, 1970-1979, 1980-1994, and 1995 to the present the fifth stage. The purpose of this study is to explore the villages in the suburbs of Beijing sports development constraints, summed up the characteristics and laws of the villages Sports Change, found that the problems in the village sports development process and to propose a solution, the suburbs of the capital of sports policy and guidance for the development of rural sports work services . The conclusions are as follows: (1) changes in the village sports not only by external political, economic and cultural factors, but also by the awareness of the impact of the villages within the economic conditions, lifestyle and sports, traditional sports activities own shortcomings also affect the Village Sports development. 2 different periods village sports have significantly different characteristics, Throughout the villages Sports Change process, found in the village sports activities on the project by the traditional sports transition to a modern sports; participants of the activities of the main groups of young and middle-aged and middle-aged groups gradually reduced; Time With the changing lifestyle change; the venue gradually increased, sports equipment from single to diversify; Village Sports degree of self-organization is weak, his organization has always been dominated by; villagers Sports awareness gradually increased, But still to be improved. 3 On the whole, Changes in Different Times villages Sports presents the differences in performance exceeds or backward at the speed of social change; villages Sports and cultural changes of the three-tier presentation schedules, starting from the outer layer of the material and technical change, Last affect sports concept changes of the core layer. (4) Village Sports supply of public goods disadvantages; the village sports transition process, there is no fully integrated modern sports and traditional sports; important part of the village sports as people failed to mobilize the enthusiasm of the villagers; Village Sports spontaneous less organizational activities, mainly rely on top-down management style.
