Abstract


The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems in Hebei Province Gymnastics Teaching in Department, analyze its causes, and propose appropriate solutions, and provide some theoretical basis for the training of students of Physical Education Department, the root causes of optimization gymnastics teacher quality, to change the current status quo of gymnastics teaching in primary and secondary schools, and to contribute to a development of gymnastic course. In this study, Hebei Gymnastics Teaching in Department for the study, the use of cluster sampling method to extract Hebei Province 13 PE Colleges students (Physical Education in the main) 40 650, gymnastics teachers, conducted a questionnaire survey; followed by Hebei Province National Games time for a visit to the 10 gymnastics experts; questionnaire statistics, interviews and analyzed to identify factors affecting Hebei Province Gymnastics Teaching and make recommendations accordingly . The Hebei Gymnastics Teaching in Department Survey found: 75.68% of the faculties of the syllabus focuses on the ability of students, the specialist training levels for the same syllabus; 80% of teachers and 74% of the students that the class set less, at least hours of Langfang Teachers College, has been reduced to 34 hours; generally poor teaching environment, Hengshui University for outdoor venues, Hebei Normal University of rental Amateur Sports School Grounds; number of class, the students, the highest number of 35; teaching content set unreasonable, the lack of clear content on capacity-building; 100% of the teachers teaching the explanation and demonstration of traditional methods and modern teaching methods, Methods smaller proportion; teaching evaluation methods, there is no focus on the process of evaluation and the evaluation of teachers . The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Hebei Province Gymnastics General Course of teaching objectives, a clear mandate by the results. But basically the same specialist and undergraduate training level teaching objectives, tasks, especially the specialist both faculties. 2 Hebei Gymnastics General Course of the course commencement time set reasonable, the less class can not meet the teaching. Teaching content set unreasonable emphasis on technology, develop students' ability in all aspects is not set clear, reasonable teaching content. The overall lack of venues and equipment, poor teaching and learning environment. The specialist materials selected are undergraduate Guidelines specify gymnastics teaching materials. 3 Hebei Province Gymnastics General Course teaching organization to focus on teaching, group exercises based class size, the new teaching organizational form of the use of relatively low frequency. Teaching means and methods of traditional, multi-teachers on the demonstration, students practice teaching based; modern teaching methods, methods, and did not get good teaching and scientific research. 4. Most of the faculties of the Physical Education Department of Hebei Province Gymnastics Teaching evaluation only reflected in the assessment of students, assessment content for both technical and theoretical aspects, the lack of evaluation, and the evaluation of teachers on students' ability. Assessment methods than a single the theoretical closed book exam, Instructor evaluation. Hebei Gymnastics teachers to young teachers. Teachers' age, gender, education, job title and the overall structure is reasonable. Academic structure is unreasonable, Hebei Normal University graduates. The special ability of teachers, a higher level of scientific research; teaching good attitude; lack of after-school practice counseling students. 6 students of the Physical Education Department of Hebei Province in Gymnastics Course strong interest in learning, learning motivation is clear, with the right attitude; poor student basis.
