Abstract


As the knowledge economy era , China's higher education has entered the popular stage of development, competition between colleges and universities with economic competition is becoming increasingly fierce . The competition is ultimately a college talent competition . Research university as the core strength of our knowledge innovation , not only responsible for China's economic construction and social development need to cultivate high-level personnel of the task , but also bear a large number of national and social development need to address the major research tasks , and its level of development will become comprehensive national strength and an important symbol of modernization . So , how to make research universities gathered in all kinds of talents to the harmonious and stable atmosphere and efficient system of protection under the common for the production of knowledge to impart knowledge , promotion and application of knowledge in this sacred mission and play their respective roles , they become the most research-oriented universities face major problems. The author believes that research-oriented universities to mobilize the enthusiasm of all kinds of talents , we must adopt a more scientific and rational management system and mechanism in order to fully develop their knowledge and skills and inspire their potential qualities. This article comes from corporate management positions of the competency model concept to Lanzhou University Teachers , the comprehensive use of various competency model theory , building suitable for the development of Lanzhou University , and constantly enhance their competitiveness positions competency model , which further use of Lanzhou University job competency model provides a theoretical basis .
