Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid growth of institutions of higher education increased and the number of university students , graduate employment situation is becoming increasingly grim. Hebei Province Province as higher education , the employment of college students facing enormous pressure. Female students as an important part of the college students , because of many reasons the job search process more difficult. How to ensure that female students equal employment rights , the key factor is to deepen the reform of higher education and building a harmonious society . Through investigation and analysis , research difficult situation and causes of Female College Students in Hebei Province , and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the difficult problem of employment of female graduates . The text is divided into five parts : Part I: Introduction . Mainly on article research background, significance , current research , research methods and innovation . Part II: basic concepts of employment of female graduates elaboration. Related concepts described herein relates to employment, graduate employment, employment of female graduates . Part III: the employment situation and the reasons for female university students in Hebei Province in China . Analysis of the questionnaire made ??by the Hebei province of college students , female college students in preparation for employment , employment intentions , job status , to accept employment guidance and other aspects of the problems , explore female college students in Hebei Province main reason for the difficult employment . Part IV: proposed countermeasures and suggestions to solve the employment problem of female college students in Hebei Province . To propose a solution for the government, universities , female students three reasons . Government should play a leading role in the employment of female graduates , colleges and universities should actively promote the improvement of the educational model , female college students to establish a correct outlook on employment , career ideas , focusing on various aspects of capacity and quality of the training in order to improve the competitiveness of employment . Part V: Conclusion . Pointed out the inadequacies of the research and its future direction .
