Abstract


With the height of the socio-economic development and social requirements for teacher professionalism unprecedented increase . \Therefore, the national education organization to motivate teachers to make an attempt to establish professional development training mechanism chosen to enhance the professionalism of teachers , teacher specialization achieved . Teacher growth portfolio, the product of the times , came into being. At present , domestic and foreign teachers in many schools trying to get through a portfolio of construction, reflection and lifelong learning to improve their ability to enhance teachers' professionalism . However, in the actual application process portfolio will be affected by a school situation , teachers and the impact of personal preference . Therefore, from a practical point of view of the effectiveness of the use of portfolio is still very necessary. The first paper examines teachers ' professional development, professional development of teachers around the connotation ; teacher professional development content ; teacher professional development and basic curriculum reform ; teacher professional development approach these four aspects depth discussion . Second paper analyzes the connotation of teacher portfolio , a comprehensive analysis of application and development of teachers ' portfolio reveals the functional characteristics of various forms of portfolio , so as to arrive networked electronic portfolio to promote teachers' professional development role and significance. Finally , Shanghai Jin Ying School papers selected as case study an empirical study on the practical application portfolio during the school teachers , the use of performance and problems to be solved for objective , comprehensive analysis. Thesis writing process of the web-based platform for teachers to portfolio construction in-depth discussions to strong function, convenient operation , clear interface design thinking, re- construct the teacher portfolio application network platform, through the Shanghai primary school teachers in the actual Kim Eng using the process of gradual improvement , so that the school has achieved solid portfolio of successful experience in portfolio for teachers to obtain a wider use of available reference.
