Abstract

Student participation enthusiasm for projects with complex technical movements decreases in Physical Education, we should adopt a wide range of teaching means to improve students actively involved in teaching activities. Tend to have the characteristics of the athletic events, teaching complex technical action can cause more attention and participation of students, but the technical action essentials difficult to grasp the students are in passive learning. Some students see teaching content will be daunting, stop at the practice before, some in practice once or twice will give up to feel with poor technical action. There are a few better physical fitness of students due to the strong sense of competition will be thinking of how to better complete the action and get better results, but failed in the process of trying several times they will be teaching boredom. Therefore, our current sports educators should take appropriate teaching methods, training methods to stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in the teaching activities. Then how to use the Physical Education of Representation Training and teaching methods of cooperative learning to improve students' active participation, faster, and a better grasp of the essentials of technical movements, improve teaching efficiency. Propose the following: the current physical education classroom multimedia into Physical Education to strengthen students' movements by watching the video image to produce a good representation of consciousness.
