Abstract


In recent years, The competition among nations lies in the competition.The best method is to catch the career of the education if making motherland stronger as well as the development of the society. This provides institutions of higher learning provide an important opportunity for development. Vocational education should make full use of the important juncture, compliance with the higher education universal trend, make its facing the market, deft, becoming an indispensable force education in higher education system. Since the last century 1990s, the Private Colleges experiences from the development of the scale to the development of the intension, the Private Colleges in the development of the road towards intension presented a bottle neck problems--a weaken teaching staff. The Chinese educational reform and development program pointed out Education of the fundamentality of national rejuvenation and teacher is the fundamentality of education development, Building a good political quality, reasonable structure, stable team of teachers is the development of the fundamental plan." How to arouse the initiative to promote the work of the institute new perch as the survival and development, the teachers encouraged is an effective method. Therefore, the study selected teachers of Shandong XH University as a research object and studied on the factors that affect the initiative, and then built a suite of offices to be a teacher of mechanisms is important to the meaning of the theory and practice.This article in Shandong XH University for research objects, expound on the basic theory of motivation and the implication of motivation and excitation mechanism, and then to the needs of the characters of organization, and project the necessity of constructing the teachers’ mechanism,through which the need for analysis and summary of the questionnaire survey, conclude the problem of Shandong XH University teachers’ mechanism, in comparison with domestic and foreign universities and other incentives for teachers and on the basis of the use of scientific theory of motivation, draw lessons from the measures in the success experience, is based on Shandong XH University teachers encourage the design of the mechanism of countermeasures, the teacher encouraged the mechanism of implementation of proposals and in reality.
