Abstract


In this paper, the advantages of learning communities , with the help of social software technology to explore graduate virtual learning community building mode to explore , solve the graduate learning process learners feel lonely , lack of guidance , there is emotion missing and other issues for the new situation postgraduate training mode reform and provide advice and reference for graduate students to carry out a full academic exchanges and research collaboration provide diverse learning space , the promotion of improving the overall quality of the graduate . The study is divided into four stages : literature research, theoretical research, empirical research and evaluation . The author on the basis of literature research and analysis , using the method of combining theoretical study and empirical research , theory elaborated graduate virtual learning community research , investigation and analysis of the characteristics and needs of the educational technology graduate study , social constructivism, distributed knowledge , situated cognition and situated learning theory and learning community theory, based on build platform demand based graduate social software virtual learning community function model, started to develop on the basis of the preliminary design , and platform applications in educational technology graduate of Southwestern University , in the course of the study , surveys to collect feedback data collation and analysis to verify the validity of the platform . Studies have shown that it is feasible and effective to carry out learning activities based on social software , virtual learning community environment : in graduate . Virtual learning community to carry out academic exchanges , to effectively develop the graduate research capacity , learners in the analysis of the problem , to explore and resolve capacity has improved significantly ; can effectively improve the efficiency of the graduate students in academic research problems to solve for graduate students the culture methods provides a new way ; can effectively promote the development of academic exchanges , knowledge building , emotional exchanges and collective wisdom .
