In our country, the school plays an important role in teaching and research in the professional growth of teachers . Long teaching and research as a teaching and research leaders , organizers and managers , the leader of the professional development of teachers , teaching quality protection , its ability to directly affect the construction of the teaching and research , the impact of positive and healthy development of teachers in academic teaching and research . This study was designed through theoretical study and practical study , the main elements of decomposition long teaching and research disciplines leadership and understand the current situation of long teaching and research disciplines of leadership and its causes . The course of the study , the author uses a literature study , survey interview , conducted a survey of three school administrators , research group leader and teachers , and managers, teaching and research , teachers conducted interviews . This study discusses the origin of the topic , research significance and the status quo of the existing literature organize overview of the key concepts involved in the paper defines the connotation ; followed by long teaching and research disciplines leadership , the various elements the meaning of the relationship between the elements described ; author of the Shanghai three schools the results of the questionnaires and interviews were analyzed and summarized to explore a long teaching and research discipline in the schools leadership as well as the reasons behind . The study found that : the practical activities of the teaching management , teaching and research and teaching capability and communication and coordination skills , self-management skills are more desirable , but discipline planning ability, research ability , organizational skills , needs to be improved . The reasons behind these problems is : long teaching and research role of cognitive confusion , lack of long teaching and research training , research group leader of the lack of capacity and lack of long teaching and research rights . Finally, the author from the point of view of school management , to make relevant recommendations to improve the leadership of long teaching and research disciplines and strategies, including correctly examine the status of teaching and research , the establishment of a standardized research group leader training institutions , and enhance long teaching and research organization and management capacity .
