Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , the folk boom of the association is constantly filled . In today's growing economic and social , youth as the main grass-roots organizations are increasingly active, continue to bring together the power of the civil public . Grass-roots youth welfare organizations as a practicing public youth self-organization , in all areas of society caused a big stir , but also by a lot of attention . In this paper, dripping public \interaction to understand the grassroots youth public organizations is how to achieve and maintain the running of the organization as well as the difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizational development . Based on this analysis from the external environment and their own capacity-building the grassroots youth welfare organizations in the future to win the community's recognition of the feasibility of the path , and the grassroots youth welfare organizations and the development of civil society think . Grassroots youth welfare organizations run , there are many limitations , such as lack of resources , lack of professionals , driven by a variety of forces , in order to promote grass-roots youth welfare organizations to achieve better development, promote the construction of civil society .
