Abstract


With the high development of globalization and science and technology, Chinese TV audiences value Science & Education programs more than ever before. Owing to the inferiority of local Science & Education programs to international standards, domestic audiences pay closer attention to over-sea Science & Education programs, which satisfies domestic audiences with its audio-visual and knowledgeable feast by abundant contents and excellent production means. Meanwhile, the new contents and types of over-sea Science & Education programs broke the traditional TV aethestic pursuit.In the age of Aesthetic ization, as an extremely important part of aesthetic appreciation, TV aesthetic influences every aspects of society. According to this situation, investigating over-sea Science & Education programs is significant to the improvement of our TV aesthetic. This essay mainly consentrates on the changes and existing environment of Chinese TV aesthetic,and the history of the entrance of the over-sea Science & Education programs into China. In this essay we randomly select ten over-sea Science & Education programs, analysing the 3 aspects of the production, the theme and the type in depth through the methods of aethestic and context, trying to draw valuable information for the local production and dissemination of science and education programs.
