Abstract


With the continuous progress of the modern process of industrialization, the rapid development of industrial automation and control technology has been unprecedented. PLC technology is an important part of the industrial automation and control, PLC demand for our country such a rapid industrial development in developing countries, has a broad application prospects. PLC manufacturers developed countries accounted for the vast majority of China's market, it is necessary to develop a new type of PLC with independent intellectual property rights, so that not only can break the monopoly of the developed countries of the PLC market, and the development of PLC technology for domestic play a role in fueling. The subject is put forward based on the new PLC software technology research, the purpose is to provide a friendly interface for independent research and development of new PLC, fully functional, high efficiency PLC program editing platform. Firstly PLC program editing software tool in the analysis of the importance of this study trends at home and abroad, as well as the existence of some deficiencies. Elaborate structure and working principle of the new PLC based on the guiding ideology of the software engineering analysis requirements raised the PLC program editing platform system to be accomplished by a variety of functional modules. Finally PLC editing platform system development process, using VC 6.0 software programming tools and modular design method, software engineering, system development processes to benchmark using the MFC class library to implement its software systems required to achieve a variety of function. Its basic editing functions of the command system of the PLC program in the system module, the compiler function modules and communication modules a detailed analysis of the study design. PLC program editing function modules using the object-oriented approach, according the Ladder characteristic design LADPoint base class to describe its characteristics, and Ladder icon icon for each device class derived from this base class to achieve the trapezoidal mapping, delete, modify, edit operation. Compile functional modules in order to simplify the compilation of the ladder, the ladder before compiling convert instruction list originality to a use of forests and binary trees as a bridge between the conversion between the ladder and instruction list; forest and the transformation of the binary tree algorithm, binary tree traversal algorithm and stack operation to achieve its core algorithm ladder to the instruction list. Communication function module based on CAN bus technology, now more popular USB peripheral interface through a comparative analysis of the three types of PLC and PC communication program, PLC and PC based on CAN bus communication easy to use, faster transmission, easy to expand, etc.. Debugging the PLC editing platform correct the conversion between the ladder and instruction list and eventually running in the PLC hardware implementation, and follow the IEC61131-3 international standard. Compared with foreign countries, the development of PLC technology is still in the state of backwardness, and hope that this research can give reference to the development and application of domestic PLC technology.
