This paper introduces the development process and the development direction of the office automation -OA , as well as the analysis of the characteristics of the bank office systems found successfully OA system can significantly improve the efficiency of the bank information sharing, staff collaboration and business monitoring , thereby efficiently and accurately play the role of business systems , and therefore OA is an integral part of collaborative working platform of bank information construction . In this paper, the research status of the office automation system at home and abroad , details J2EE development model and software architecture , and focuses on the combination of SSH (Struts-Spring-Hibernate) architecture , the architecture member bank office automation system . OA system , software architecture and J2EE development first detailed analysis ; SSH combined architecture used in the bank in the OA system technical advantages ; then a detailed design of the overall framework of the system , the OA the structure of the system is divided into four levels , respectively, for the presentation layer , the control layer , business layer and persistence layer ; detail at the same time, the OA system is divided into eight functional modules , respectively, for user login module , scheduling module , personal contacts module , session management module , closing / Posting module , the work log module reading room management module as well as the announcement management module , and detailed design and analysis of these eight modules . The combination architecture of the bank office automation system using SSH , hierarchical development , to facilitate the expansion and development of the module , and reliable security and portability . And the structure of the system via SSH combined architecture is divided into four layers , not only reduces the difficulty of development , and the architecture of the whole system so visible , so as to enhance the operation of the system performance , efficiency , security and reliability . The OA system has a lot of advantages compared with the bank's other office systems , and has a good prospect of application .
