Abstract


Inner Mongolia in recent years, meteorological departments at all levels through the to strengthen meteorological disaster warning forecast system construction, and use of a commonly used means of information dissemination, such as mobile phone text messages, electronic display and rural weather warning information machine initially established a weather warning information service platform, meteorological emergency response capability has been considerable progress. But the region still do not have a dedicated primary Meteorological Bureau of Meteorology warning information release means, in urgent need to be set in the actual business of existing distribution channels focused integrated, unified use of a comprehensive solution, an important grassroots meteorological department service capacity building a ring. Existing information dissemination channels independently, without the formation of the weather warning an integrated information service platform, coupled with each system and not for the weather warning information and release objects targeted management, the need for further integration of resources, the set of existing applications become a unified weather warning information release system. The papers from the actual needs of the practical problems faced by the Inner Mongolia Meteorological Operational obtained a needs analysis.
