Abstract


ADR monitoring system limitations , the the ADR number of reports involving drugs species growing , the huge amount of data in the database , resulting in inefficient provinces manage ADR reporting , statistical analysis difficult , are not allowed to report results , and report on cases the lack of multi-level , multi-angle analysis and evaluation , information utilization and low range of issues . This topic are based National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System platform technology architecture to the data provincial ADR system , as the data source , the use of the Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies (business intelligence, BI) platform to build the model of adverse drug reactions multidimensional data analysis and data mining models for the Food and Drug Administration to provide a multi-level, multi-angle adverse drug reaction data intelligent analysis and decision-making basis . The main work of this paper are: 1 data preprocessing and data normalization functions , including : adverse drug reactions critical information in the statements submitted to the database , structured and function of the establishment of the rule base of data standards and data . 2 . Achieve the adverse events data mining process the provincial ADR centers to collect up all kinds of drugs , including : dangerous drug analysis, grouping comparative analysis of individual factors correlation analysis of the contents of data mining and multidimensional analysis method . 3 . Multidimensional analysis of information of all kinds of statements , summary statistics , ad hoc queries , multidimensional signal detection , multidimensional warning , multidimensional graphics show , multi-format data conversion functions . Develop a variety of summary statistics and analysis functions , used to assist in the leadership of the provincial adverse drug reaction center and business analysts complete reporting , statistical analysis , business decisions on all aspects of the work of data analysis function module .
