Stereoscopic video scene because of the increased depth information , can enhance the visual effects of the authenticity and realism has attracted attention, but also the future development of video technology is one important direction . However, with respect to the ordinary two-dimensional image and video systems, 3D video systems need to store and transport huge amounts of data , so the research speed, high efficiency , high-quality compression algorithm is very necessary . Video coding standard is not only ordinary single -channel video compression based stereoscopic video coding is a fundamental , three-dimensional video compression coding in an ordinary single-channel video compression can be achieved on the basis of and improvements. This article from the current video compression coding model to improve the efficiency of working for stereoscopic video conferencing systems to prepare for the implementation of coding . H.264/AVC video coding standard is the current international latest and most outstanding image coding standard. Because it has a high coding efficiency and good network compatibility and has broad application prospects . HEVC is the next generation video compression codec standard prototype, is required to have a better coding efficiency. HEVC adopt H.264 similar basic framework , while not rigidly adhere to the H.264 encoded form . Predictably , as H.264/AVC, HEVC superior coding performance, and now all aspects of H.264/AVC video coding applications demonstrate the advantages , I believe they must be able to lead a breakthrough in stereoscopic video storage and transmission on difficulties, stereo video and stereo video guide for various applications to achieve greater development . This paper focuses on three-dimensional and three-dimensional video video conferencing systems knowledge in all aspects to do a brief introduction , on this basis, the key to understanding H.264 technology, and proposes two current video coding standards for the improved algorithm . In the block-based compression coding model put forward fast 4 × 4 intra-prediction algorithm, based on multi- frame reference multiple reference frame model, based on the principles of motion synthesis is proposed based on adaptive multi-reference frame reference frame prediction method . Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the coding H.264 video compression coding model efficiency.
