Abstract


Famous thinker acton (UK) famously said that power tends to corrupt, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. To prevent the corruption of power, it is necessary to strengthen the constraints of power. And administrative supervision is undertaking the important task of punishing and preventing corruption. But at present our country legal system of administrative supervision is inadequate, need to be modified and perfected. Therefore, study the perfection of legal system of administrative supervision, has very important practical significance. Introduces the basic knowledge of the supervisory law system is presented in this paper, has carried on the summary about the present situation of the system in China, studies the ancient supervisory system, and is progressive countries and regions related legal system was analyzed, and the longitudinal investigation in history and contemporary transverse comparison, on the basis of systematically put forward the Suggestions of perfecting our country's administrative supervision legal system. To sum up, to gradually improve the system of administrative supervision legal system, and enables monitoring activities, there are laws to effectively curb corruption, clean efficient implement administrative activities.
