Abstract


Because the size of open-end fund investors purchase and redemption , and long-term is constantly changing . When a larger open-end fund net redemptions and net subscriptions scale , it will greatly affect the operation of the Fund and give managers cause great difficulties. Especially when there is a huge time of redemption , and even cause the entire turbulent financial markets . Therefore, open-end fund net purchase of influencing factors for the healthy development of the financial market has a very important significance. This paper summarizes research scholars at home and abroad on the basis of the first open-end fund on the impact of various factors do I. The more detailed theoretical analysis , and then select the September 30, 2004 prior to the establishment of five stock and 24 active allocation funds ( from the second quarter of 2005 to the fourth quarter of 2010 ) a total of 29 funds established econometric model data , which estimate the various factors on the impact of open-end funds I. The direction and extent . The main conclusions of empirical research include: ( a ) the period of performance rankings for partial shares of open-end fund net subscriptions have significant positive effects . Investors prefer to hold and purchase excellent results on the performance of the fund ; ( 2 ) stock market index returns and fund I. There was a significant positive correlation ; ( 3 ) Fund I. The period beginning on the scale has a negative impact on the direction of ; ( 4 ) Fund dividends , whether current or previous period dividends dividends have positive impact on the Fund I. ; ( 5 ) the fund's holdings of the Fund I. The concentration has a negative impact ; ( 6 ) belongs to the Fund the Fund Company Background I. also have important implications . Finally, according to empirical results gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
