Abstract


Thirty years of reform and opening up , China 's economic development has made remarkable achievements , but these achievements and China 's investment policies are inseparable. Foreign ownership of Chinese listed companies is becoming more common, they appear to promote the Chinese corporate governance structure changes, and influence the performance of listed companies . With economic development , foreign investment in China enjoy \Before adjusting the investment policy , the government must figure out foreign shareholding shareholding shareholding party and the party 's motivation and enthusiasm how different forms of foreign capital the right to be different control performance of listed companies in China and what impact . Through theoretical analysis and empirical following conclusions: the performance of listed companies in foreign ownership and foreign ownership negatively correlated with the nature of the actual controller for the government , state-owned enterprises and other state agencies listed companies, foreign ownership right non- state-owned legal person shares of listed companies controlled by foreign investors greater negative impact ; foreign financial institutions listed holding company has a better performance ; foreign institutional ownership of non-financial listed companies, the foreign party to appoint executive directors of listed companies better performance .
