Abstract


The Private equity fund is one kind of financial instruments. Investors raise money from specific investors, invest private companies and provide value-added services.Finally, Investors will resale the equity to get an expect capital gain. The Private equity fund has a great effect on cultivating multi-level capital market, improving corporate governance structure, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting hi-tech enterprises. With the launch of the gem, private equity fund in China have gained a rapid development. But, we also should soberly realize the development of private equity fund in China is still in the primary stage, Faced with many problems. The financing problem faced with the private-equity fund in China is very important. The first aspect is that the scale of the fund is usually very small, The second aspect is that the investors in China are financial capital and folk capital primarily. Finally,venture funds the percentage of venture funds focus on early-stage is very small. As the financing of private equity is the foundation in development of private equity.financing to study and put forward improvement suggestion based on the research on financing of private equity will benefit the long-term health development of private equity in China Therefore, this article selects financing of the private-equity as the research object in order to solve the main problems faced with the financing, of the private-equity.This paper adopts the equilibrium analysis uses in economics. We establish a supply and demand model of the private equity market to analyze the financing problems. We chose variables such as the tax policy, exit mechanismand market access and so on to research how these variables influence the supply curve and the demand curve and the change of private equity market equilibrium influenced by these variables. Furthermore, in order to solve the problems in the financing of private equity financing, this paper analyses these variables in our private equity market by the equilibrium analysis
