Abstract


Social change and progress , so that crime and violence tend to intelligent development . Frequent incidents of assaulting a police officer has become a social problem of common concern. Police law gives its public authority , assaulting a police officer is in fact a violation of state power and contempt , it is necessary to make the appropriate behavior for assaulting a special legal regulation , the so-called special legal regulation, is set in the criminal law alone assaulting sin. This paper analyzes the current situation in China today assaulting , causes and hazards ; comparing national criminal legislation punishing acts of assaulting a police officer to get into the revelation , in the study of China's legislation punishing acts of malpractice after assaulting that in criminal law alone is feasible to set up crime of assaulting police the . The author recommends the crime of obstruction of official crime of assaulting police in the form of a single set of terms to be set up . Finally , the concept of crimes against assaulting a police officer , conviction and punishment amplitude of the standard conception .
