Abstract


Criminal reconciliation is a new way of solving criminal dispute, it is to solve the complicated social contradictions and social disputes has extraordinary significance, for building a harmonious socialist society at the same time also has a positive role in promoting. Along with the increasing attention of society, theory and practice also launched a warm discussion and active exploration, criminal reconciliation legalization be vividly portrayed, as a law student, from building a harmonious socialist society, regulating the Angle of criminal reconciliation in justice practice in our country, also the plain was studied for the criminal reconciliation, criminal reconciliation for legalization contribute their meager strength. Full text altogether divides into three parts: introduction, body and conclusion, respectively.
